Keep members training, and paying, past week three.

Fitness memberships churn when momentum stops. We track the check-ins, streaks and coaching moments that keep members going, and step in when they stall.

Where revenue leaks

The problems we see most.

Fitness communities run on habit. The data that predicts churn, missed check-ins, broken streaks, quiet accountability groups, already exists. It just isn't connected to revenue.

  1. 01

    The week-three drop

Motivation is high on day one. By week three, many members have quietly stopped checking in, and they cancel a month later.

  2. 02

    Challenges that don't convert

Free or low-cost challenges bring in hundreds of people. It's rarely clear which finishers become paying members and what tipped them.

  3. 03

    Coaching time spent evenly

Coaches give the same attention to every member, instead of focusing on those about to drop off.

  4. 04

    January in, March out

Seasonal cohorts behave very differently. Without cohort data, a good January hides a retention problem.

What we measure

The numbers that matter for fitness communities.

  • Check-in streak vs. renewal

The clearest leading indicator of churn in fitness.

  • Challenge finisher → paid conversion

Shows whether challenges are a real acquisition channel.

  • Seasonal cohort retention

Tells you whether January members stick around.

  • Days since last progress post

    Triggers timely, personal coach check-ins.

  • Programme completion by tier

Shows whether premium tiers deliver more value.

  • Revenue per coach

Helps you plan coaching capacity profitably.

What we build

A member journey designed for your model.

  1. 01

    Acquire

Challenge and content links tracked by platform and creator, tied to the member at join.

  2. 02

    Activate

Goal-based onboarding (fat loss, strength, performance) with the right programme channel and a day-one check-in.

  3. 03

    Convert

Paid offers timed to milestones like the first completed week, not an arbitrary day count.

  4. 04

    Retain

Missed-check-in alerts routed to coaches with context, plus pause options instead of cancellations.

Other solutions

We use Skool, not Discord. Can you help?
Yes. The principles are the same. We'll be clear in the audit about what Skool's data allows us to measure and automate.
Will members get automated nagging messages?
No. Most interventions are coach prompts with context, so the member hears from a real person. Automated messages are capped and opt-out friendly.
Can you connect workout or check-in data?
If check-ins happen in Discord, a form or an app with an export or API, we can usually bring that data into the member view.

We'll analyse how members join, activate, convert and retain, then show you where the largest opportunities are.
